Seller Agreement


     1. I understand that any Christ honoring homeschooling related materials may be sold and that

          the organizers reserve the right to remove any questionable materials from the sale.

      2. I agree to return at the close of the booksale (8:30pm) and to diligently search all tables

          and the “Lost/Untagged” area to pick up my unsold books.

      3. I understand that if I leave items that were not sold, my check will not be mailed to me.

      4. I understand that unclaimed items will be held until June 30, 2015 and then donated.

      5. I acknowledge that there will NOT be a free book section.

      6. I understand that no electronic equipment may be sold (excluding learning toys i.e.           Leapfrog)

      7. I agree to bring my tagged books to the gym at Oak Park Christian Center between

          1:30 and 3:00 pm and understand that no books will be accepted after 3:00 pm.

      8. I understand that at drop off I need to go to the registration table to check in and thereafter

          proceed to the gym to sort my books onto the appropriate sorting tables.

      9. I agree that fifteen percent (15%) will be deducted from my gross sales to be donated to

          Family Protection Ministries.

    10. I understand that checks will be mailed within three weeks following the booksale, once all

          checks have cleared the bank.

    11. I will not hold the booksale organizers responsible for any lost, stolen or unclaimed items.
